EFG Cambodia Held Dolphin Awards Program

Phnom Penh, May 24th, 2022 – EFG lunched and held its brand new employee reward and recognition program called “Dolphin Awards” to appreciate and recognize individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to the success of the day-to-day standard operations and business and gone incredible above and beyond for customers and company.

This Quarter, dolphin awards recognized 4 categories of reward includes Quality Star Circle Award, Dolphin Hall of Fame Award, Long Service Awards, and a special Chairman Award.

First category of Quality Star Circle Award was presented by Rey Elardo Naputo – Group Quality Assurance Manager. There were 15 award recipients from different stores and brands.

Second Category was Dolphin Hall of Fame Award, all nominations and winners were identified by senior management for their outstanding contribution to EFG Cambodia.

Dolphin Hall of Fame Award went to:

  • Most Impactful New Product Innovation Winner – Beef Luc Lac Pizza of The Pizza Company Team
  • Most Creative Content in Digital Communication Winner – Dairy Queen Team
  • Most Impactful Corporate Event Participation winner – Krispy Kreme Team
  • Most Impactful Festive Store Decoration winner – Swensen’s Team
  • Consistent High Performance in Time of Crisis winner – Call center Team and Finance and Accounting Team
  • Outstanding Contribution to Store Renovation and Design Winner- Business Development Team
  • High Performance Brand in Achieving Sale Budget in Q1 2022 Winner – Swensen’s Team
  • High Performance Store in Highest Year on Year Same Store Sale Growth of Q1 2022 Winner – Dairy Queen AEON Mall Sensok

Third and special one was the Chairman Award, which recognized individual that show high level of demonstration in living toward company vision core values, and this identified and selected by respective RMA Group CEO.

Chairman Award winner went to Rey Elardo Naputo – Group Quality Assurance Manager.

The last category was the Long Service Award in appreciation of the staff contribution throughout 10 years and 15 years of dedicated service with RMA Group and EFG.

EFG Cambodia Held a Thought – Provoking Workshop

Phnom Penh, May 24th, 2022 – EFG Cambodia conducted a day workshop at The Pizza Company, AEON Mall, Phnom Penh. There were 50 staff members including senior management, head of brands, Head of departments, managers, area coaches, and marketing team, all had experienced awesome session sharing, leadership exercise and group problem solving tasks and an interactive discussion which was full of opening communication and sharing ideas with a few of insightful topics. Martin Darby – Managing Director of EFG provided an open remark on the objective of the workshop and the dolphin awards agenda.

Grant Honeyman – General Manager Human resources, Cambodia and Vietnam offered a great training session on “Empathy Skill for Leaders”.

Rey Elardo Naputo – Group Quality Assurance Manager delivered an inspiring “EFG’s Quality Journey”.

Yi Chin – Marketing Manager hosted a training session on “Sale & Marketing Training”.

Martin Darby- managing director of EFG added that “we will continue to have this learning platform frequently to ensure that we are all well-equipped practical knowledge and skill for day-to-day leading operations, sale, and teams”.

EFG CAMBODIA DISTRIBUTES APPRECIATION GIFT TO EMPLOYEES AS PART OF ITS DOLPHIN PROGRAM

Phnom Penh, May 16th, 2022 – EFG Cambodia has gifted all of its office and store employees with a specially designed backpack as part of its employee Dolphin Program. This initiative aims to express gratitude and appreciation to all of its employees as everyone returns to office after 2 years of remote work for many due to restrictions brought by Covid 19 outbreak.

Spearheaded by its senior management team and line managers, EFG has delivered a total of 1200 backpacks to its employees across Cambodia, to the delight of its staff. We have decided to choose backpacks imprinted with the Dolphin Program logo and signature tagline “Happy Employees, Happy Customers” because we believe that it would bring a sense of team spirit as #OneEFG, aside from keeping their personal belongings safely” said Leapphea Chao, EFG’s Dolphin program manager.

Moreover, Mr. Tep Virak, General Manager of EFG Cambodia commented, “It has been 2 years already since we have last celebrated an annual party due to Covid-19 interruption. However, we hope that we can make it happen next year. To express our sincere appreciation and encouragement to all employees, EFG management team thru its Dolphin program has decided to gift each of employee with a limited edition backpack as a token of gratitude for their hard work and job well done.”

The Dolphin Program is EFG’s banner employee engagement program responsible for taking care of its employee’s welfare and wellbeing through training programs, employee events and workshops. 

AEON MALL (CAMBODIA) Co., LTD. and EFG Announce F&B Anchor Tenants for AEON MALL MEAN CHEY

Phnom Penh, May 5th, 2022 – EFG (Express Food Group) Co., Ltd. announce today that they have reached agreement with AEON MALL (CAMBODIA) Co., Ltd. to bring five much loved Cambodian food & beverage brands to new shopping mall, AEON MALL MEAN CHEY opening in this year, 2022. The Pizza Company, Cambodia’s number one pizza brand will be a key anchor tenant with a new format store and menu.
