MANAGING DIRECTOR - EFG HOLDINGS
Martin joined RMA Group in 2019 as Managing Director of EFG Holdings. He is responsible for the EFG business in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, plus Palms Airport F&B Singapore. Martin, a UK National, is an accomplished global leader with a wealth of experience in the hospitality and retail industry. His extensive career in leadership positions with industry giants such as Starbucks Coffee, Marks and Spencer, Whitbread and Vodafone has taken him across the globe. Prior to joining RMA Group, Martin was the CEO of Niso Corporation, Vietnam and Celebrity Fitness, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
FINANCIALCONTROLLER - EFG HOLDINGS
Salinporn is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and has held a number of senior finance roles for the Thai listed company Indorama. Her prior experience included Audit roles with KPMG.
She is based in RMA’s Thai Office reporting to Martin Darby Managing Director EFG and Harjeet Drubra CFO RMA Group. She has overall responsibility for EFG Group reporting supported by the country finance teams.
GENERAL MANAGER - EFG CAMBODIA
Virak joined RMA Cambodia in 2004. He is responsible for leading our EFG Cambodia business across multiple brands, including The Pizza Company, Swensen's and Dairy Queen. Virak, a Cambodian National, helped to define the Cambodia pizza and F&B industry and now leads our largest business.
GENERAL MANAGER - EFG LAOS
Paula joined EFG in 2019 as Restaurant Operations Manager. She is responsible for leading our EFG Laos restaurant business across multiple brands, including The Pizza Company, Swensen's, Dairy Queen and Texas Chicken. Paula, a Thai National, has extensive experience of the F&B industry with brands including Pizza Hut and Krispy Kreme. Prior to joining EFG, Paula held senior positions in F&B in Thailand and the US.
GENERAL MANAGER – EFG MYANMAR
Zay Yar Phyo joined EFG in 2021. He is responsible for managing the strategic development, operational, financial management and overall management of the EFG Myanmar business to deliver the business plan milestones.
GENERAL MANAGER – PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Angelique joined EFG in 2020 as Business Development Manager and was appointed General Manager for Procurement and Supply Chain Management in 2021. She is responsible for EFG Group & Local Procurement, plus management and development of our internal supply chain processes. Angelique, a Cambodian Chinese National, was educated in Melbourne and has experiences in retail and real estate industries. Prior to joining EFG, she has held management positions in operations, commercial leasing and marketing.
