EFG Store Managers now complete Opening & Closing Checklists, Quality, Service and Cleanliness Audits and Maintenance & Facilities Management Checks via their smart phones. Reports are then received and analysed digitally in the support centre.

Krispy Kreme Cambodia Reopens at Boeung Keng Kang with a New Look

Phnom Penh, August 27th, 2021 – Krispy Kreme Cambodia reopened its new outlet at Boeung Keng Kang Area. The Krispy Kreme opens with a contemporary kiosk style concept, for delicious doughnuts, coffee and beverages available for take away and delivery. The previous store had been in the BKK1 area since May, 2016.

It is a prime location with The Pizza Company, Krispy Kreme and Dairy Queen all in one location. Having multiple EFG brands in one CPU (Center Production Unit) enables ease to apply the HungryApp model of combining dishes from multiple brands into one order, without loss of time to commute to individual locations and make collections.

To celebrate the new store, the brand has a welcome promotion running from September 1st to 3rd. Other exciting activities include free sample testing at store, 20% off vouchers for next purchase. Customers can also get other exciting offers using the HungryApp with free delivery!

EFG Eat Win & Drive Season 2

Phnom Penh, August 12th, 2022 – EFG Cambodia organized the Eat Win & Drive 2 Campaign to celebrate EFG Cambodia’s 16th anniversary after the success of the first Eat, Win and Drive campaign.

The campaign boasts of exciting prizes, headlining with the three Ford EcoSports, iPads, gold necklaces, televisions and more.

The Eat, Win Drive 2 is a lucky draw campaign to attract new customers and encourage existing customers to spend more to win more. In order to enter the campaign, the customer must spend a specified minimum amount per order receipt to be eligible, with multiple entries allowed. The campaign will run from 12 August 2021 until 7 January 2022 at all EFG stores across Cambodia. Draws will be made every two months and aired on CTN TB live show.

Participating in this activity are seven EFG brands, including The Pizza Company, The Coffee Club, Krispy Kreme, Dairy Queen, Swensen’s and Bar-B-Q Plaza, customers can enjoy free delivery by ordering through HungryApp.

To further create awareness the team organized a delivery riders parade across Phnom Penh before service hours for eight consecutive days. Also participating in the parade were the prized Ford EcoSports.

EFG 11th Anniversary Carnival

Vientiane, August 9th, 2021 – EFG Lao have launched the Carnival to celebrate their 11th Cultural Hall Anniversary.

This consumer promotion, packed with fanfare, colourful branding and in store and online activities, runs from August 9th to September 3rd across The Pizza Company, Swensen’s, Texas Chicken and HungryApp. The EFG Carnival kicked off in grand style at EFG’s flagship stores in Vientiane’s trendy Cultural Hall shopping and dining complex.

For every 100,000LAK (USD10) spend, a customer receives one entry ticket to play in the weekly lucky draw as well as one entry in the Big Prize Lucky Draw. The Big Prize Lucky Draw will be held on Facebook Live on September 3rd from 6-7pm.
