Attended by over 100 representatives from the F&B industry including Minor Food International, the webinar highlighted the fact that EFG is leading the F&B industry in introducing Smart Phone Auditing to all her F&B brands in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos. EFG Store Managers now complete Opening & Closing Checklists, Quality, Service and Cleanliness Audits and Maintenance & Facilities Management Checks via their smart phones. Reports are then received and analysed digitally in the support centre.
