Free Dairy Queen Ice Cream for Delivery Heroes

Phnom Penh, March 31st, 2021 – While the recent COVID-9 surge in Phnom Phnom increased heightened social
distancing measures and restrictions of movement, there has simultaneously been a spike in food delivery orders as
people stay indoors.

Delivery drivers experienced an increased workload, on top of the trying conditions and with the onset of the summer
heat. In recognition of their efforts, Dairy Queen initiated a five day free ice cream giveaway for delivery drivers from
March 27th – 31st.

As a further gesture of goodwill, the offer was not limited to EFG’s Hungry App drivers but extended to drivers from all
delivery companies including firm competitors Food Panda and Nham24.

HungryApp is now in Laos

Vientiane, March 23rd, 2021 – Growing the HungryApp delivery base, EFG Laos officially launched HungryApp in Laos. This revolutionary new food and beverage delivery application allows customers to mix and match items from multiple trusted international brands in a single order, all delivered fresh and fast to your doorsteps. A special discount promotion of 50% off is applicable to all first orders. Due to the pandemic, the official launch event will be organized in May.

EFG Celebrates IWD

EFG took to this year’s International Women’s Day to recognize the women leaders in the Food Group, from GMs, Marketing, Sales, Store Management, Palms Food, Finance and women in leadership in the RMA Group.

On March 5th, all female staff at EFG Cambodia headquarters received flowers from Martin Darby and Virak Tep.

On March 8th, an online celebration was held with a message from Martin, Martin “Happy International Women’s Day, a shout out today to all the women of EFG, EMCAT, Palms Food International and RMA Group.”

EFG Cambodia Shows Gratitude to TYDA

Phnom Penh, March 3rd, 2021 – Due to the recent COVID-19 out break in February leaving a destructive tale of infections. Health workers and doctors volunteering with Samdech Techo Volunteer Youth Doctor Association (TYDA) are working hard to fight the deadly infection. TYDA is a medical relief NGO in Cambodia responsible for actively vaccinating Cambodians with COVID vaccinations.

To honor the special contributions of these medical practitioners, The Pizza Company, Krispy Kreme and Dairy Queen sponsored 50 boxes of pizza, 240 doughnuts and 200 hotdogs to show EFG’s gratitude to these unsung heroes.
