Phnom Penh, February 27th, 2021 – The Pizza Company joined hands with HungryApp to deliver 195 free pizzas to medical staff deployed on Covid-19 response in five hospitals across Cambodia. This initiative by EFG was done in recognition of the critical role Cambodia’s frontline medical workers play in tackling the recent Covid-19 outbreak in February.
- Fresh pizzas were delivered piping hot and within 45 minutes to the following hospitals:
- Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital, 50 pizzas from The Pizza Company Mao Tse Tung Branch
- Chak Angre Health Center, 30 pizzas from The Pizza Company World Bridge Arena Branch
- National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Phnom Penh, 20 pizzas from The Pizza Company Vimeantep Branch
- Phnom Penh Quarantine Center, 60 pizzas from The Pizza Company Prek Leap Branch
- Sihanoukville Provincial Hospital, 35 pizzas from The Pizza Company Sihanoukville Branch
