MANAGING DIRECTOR EXPRESS FOOD GROUP
Michael Chick joined EFG on August 1st 2024, having moved from Domino’s Pizza, where he was the CEO for the combined Singapore and Cambodia businesses, a position that he has held since 2020. From 2017-2019 he was the General Manger for The Coffee Club International based in Singapore and was instrumental in bringing the brand to EFG. Prior to this, he has worked with the Minor Group since 2008, launching The Coffee Club into Asia and the Middle East both as franchisor and franchisee based in Thailand and Abu Dhabi.
Michael is Australian and a graduate of Griffith University. He is based at the RMA Group Head Office in Bangkok.
FINANCIALCONTROLLER - EFG HOLDINGS
Salinporn is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and has held a number of senior finance roles for the Thai listed company Indorama. Her prior experience included Audit roles with KPMG.
She is based in RMA’s Thai Office reporting to Martin Darby Managing Director EFG and Harjeet Drubra CFO RMA Group. She has overall responsibility for EFG Group reporting supported by the country finance teams.
GENERAL MANAGER - EFG CAMBODIA
Virak joined RMA Cambodia in 2004. He is responsible for leading our EFG Cambodia business across multiple brands, including The Pizza Company, Swensen's and Dairy Queen. Virak, a Cambodian National, helped to define the Cambodia pizza and F&B industry and now leads our largest business.
GENERAL MANAGER - EFG LAOS
Benjamin Tan Jerome boasts 26 years of extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, both in operations and as an entrepreneur. His successful track record includes growing and expanding brands like KFC in Malaysia, Brunei, and Cambodia, where he launched and managed the Auntie Anne’s Brand in Cambodia . Benjamin is a Malaysian National who studied International Business at the University of Malaysia Sabah.
GENERAL MANAGER – EFG MYANMAR
Zay Yar Phyo joined EFG in 2021. He is responsible for managing the strategic development, operational, financial management and overall management of the EFG Myanmar business to deliver the business plan milestones.
GENERAL MANAGER – KAMU, BOOST, & DQ, FOOD & BEVERAGE FRANCHISES
Angelique joined EFG in 2020 as Business Development Manager and was appointed General Manager for Procurement and Supply Chain Management in 2021. She is responsible for EFG Group & Local Procurement, plus management and development of our internal supply chain processes. Angelique, a Cambodian Chinese National, was educated in Melbourne and has experiences in retail and real estate industries. Prior to joining EFG, she has held management positions in operations, commercial leasing and marketing.

Jasmine joined EFG in 2023 as Senior Head of Brand for Bakery and Café Brands, and was appointed General Manager for Bakery and Café brands. She is responsible for EFG Group Bakery and Café Brands business development. Jasmine, a Burmese/Myanmar National. Jasmine, previous was an Operation Manager of multiple brands for NEWREST MYANMAR Airport business.
